Extra Services

The services listed below are available as an addition to our freight hauling services.

Trailers are available for any storage needs.  Shantz is available to deliver storage trailers directly to customers or store the loaded trailers at our location.  Any length of time needed can be accommodated. 

Shantz Cartage is equipped with a large dock space that has capabilities to store freight if it does not need to deliver right away.  There is no need to re-route freight with multiple carriers when Shantz is able to pick it up, store it, re-work it, and/or deliver it whenever the customer would like.  Also, a hot room is available for temperature sensitive freight. 

We are centrally located in Akron, Ohio less than a quarter of a mile from the central interchange highway.  There is room for overflow trailer space or whatever your rental needs may be.

-Quiet property, sits on over 8 acres

-Fenced in gravel yard

-Locked gate with security lights

-Surveillance System covering the entire lot
